About Swim, Gustavo!
“Swim, Gustavo!” is an Orange County based Progressive Rock group consisting of Sam Mora (Vocals), Aldrynne Eslava (Vocals), Macklyn Flannery (Guitar/Vocals), Joey Piña (Bass), and Shaka D. Cakes (Drums). Blending heavy, driving grooves with twinkling guitar riffs, “Swim, Gustavo!” experiments and expresses their audio aesthetic with multiple genres and sounds (includes elements of math rock, post hardcore, pop punk, and psychedelic rock).
The band released their first single “Medical Malpractice” in 2017 and became a prominent force in the Southern California alt-rock scene, complimented with the recent additions of Shaka and Aldrynne to the line up.
Now, “Swim, Gustavo!” continues with their long awaited debut album, “El Mar, Mi Amor.” to be released Summer of 2019.
The band released their first single “Medical Malpractice” in 2017 and became a prominent force in the Southern California alt-rock scene, complimented with the recent additions of Shaka and Aldrynne to the line up.
Now, “Swim, Gustavo!” continues with their long awaited debut album, “El Mar, Mi Amor.” to be released Summer of 2019.
