Best show I’ve ever been to! Alex took the time to take pictures and sign and meet all the fans, as did the opening act. Amazing, really nice people! Performance was phenomenal!

Mako Biography
Mako is the creation of Los Angeles-based producer/singer/songwriter/composer Alex Seaver. Previously a duo, Mako now operates as a solo act, with Seaver serving as its driving creative force.
In December 2016, Mako broke into the mainstream with ‘Hourglass’ (Ultra Music), its debut artist album. Mixing elements of pop, indie rock and electronic, ‘Hourglass’ marked a shift in Mako’s sound, moving away from dance floor fodder and into refined electronic-driven pop. In April 2017, Mako released ‘Hourglass: The Remixes’ (Ultra Music), an accompanying remix album featuring reworked versions of the album’s tracks from NOTD, Halcyon and many others. ‘Hourglass’ also included the 2015 breakthrough single “Smoke Filled Room,” which soared into pop and dance radio airplay charts via continuous support on SiriusXM’s BPM and iHeartRadio’s Evolution channels; the track also topped the ‘Billboard’ Dance Airplay chart. Elsewhere, “Beam,” Mako’s first release, counts over 25 million online streams since its release in December 2013. To date, Mako counts over 150 million combined streams on Spotify alone.
In December 2017, Mako released “Breathe” (Ultra Music), the first official single with Seaver as the sole member. Mako is also launching a 33-date North American live tour in January 2018, which will see Seaver join a four-piece band. The tour marks Mako’s first true endeavor as a live performing unit. www.wearemako.com
