Boy Pierce Biography

Boy Pierce is a New York City-based rapper and producer from Wilmington, DE. He learned about music production by creating intricate mashups in his dorm room in college. Following graduation, Pierce moved to Philadelphia, where he recorded and released two independent albums, and frequently performed live. He performed at New York City’s Webster Hall in 2012, and moved to New York City shortly after to further pursue his musical aspirations. He has created several viral music videos, including “Nick Foles,” which surpassed 850,000 views on Facebook and received coverage from Barstool Sports, Philly Voice, and 6ABC. His “Ultimate Phish Tribute” earned press on both JamBase and Live For Live Music. “Ultimate Seinfeld Tribute” gained a shoutout from George Costanza himself, Jason Alexander. Pierce’s other popular music videos include “NBA on NBC” and “Ultimate Home Alone Tribute.” He has opened for MC Lars, Froggy Fresh, I Fight Dragons, mc chris, and Mac Lethal. His studio album Homemade debuted in 2018, and featured Nerdcore and “lit-hop” pioneer MC Lars, as well as underground hip hop icon Esoteric of CZARFACE and 7L & Esoteric. In 2019 he debuted Park Tour, a series where he rapped live at various US parks. He also released “DeSean Jackson,” a music video for the Philadelphia Eagles’ 2019-2020 season, which he performed live on Philadelphia’s Fox 29 TV station. His latest album Mixed Goods was released in January 2020.
