Shellabration is excited to announce Cheap Trick and 38 Special as headliners for 2020! How do we top last years Shellabration which included Sammy Hagar and Vince Neil? We dialed in two perennial rock n roll powerhouse, hit producing machines. Fort Dodge favorites Saucy Jack will open the show for a 3-fer! Slated for Thursday, 7/2, this years event will kick off the Fourth of July weekend. With a high percentage of folks will having Fri off as their paid holiday(July 4th falls on Sat), this particular Thursday will feel like a Friday night.Shellabration Schedule of Events5:30PM- Gates open6:00-7:00PM- Saucy Jack 7:30-9:00PM- 38 Special9:30-11:00PM- Cheap TrickTickets for Shellabration 2020 featuring Cheap Trick and 38 Special will first go on sale beginning at midnight on Fri, Feb 28th (12AM, Sat, Feb 29th). They will cost $38 in advance and increase to $45 beginning on Mon, June 22. Tickets will only be available online initially at www.ticketweb.com or by phone at (866) 468-3401. They will eventually be available for purchase at Hy-Vee in Fort Dodge beginning on Sat, April 11th. Kids 12 years of age and under are admitted free if accompanied by an adult with all tickets general admission, festival style, bring your own chair, seating.Shellabration Inc. is a tax exempt 501(c)4 non-profit organization consisting exclusively of unpaid board members and volunteers. The organizations mission is to make a positive contribution to the quality of life and the economic development of the greater Fort Dodge area through the delivery of exciting, family-friendly entertainment and performing arts options. In years when a profit is realized, 100% of the net proceeds remain within the organization and are used to 1) help stage additional events like the Downtown Country Jam, 2) to attract bigger headliners each year and, 3) to perpetuate the organizations mission in down financial, weather impacted, years.
