**RESCHEDULED BY 24 HOURS** Rocking stages since 2014 Sons of Liberty are a high energy original Southern Rock Band from Bristol and South Wales. The band were drawn together by their shared love of the incredible music of the Southern States of America....and our desire to share this with the people of the UK. An energetic band who deliver an authentic show based on professional musical ability.
2018 saw the band release their highly acclaimed debut EP '...Shinola' - 100% home grown and 100% Southern!. Tracks are featured regularly on Rock Radio stations such as Hard Rock Hell Radio (UK), Rock Rage Radio and and Flying V Radio in the USA.
The band released the follow up 'Aged in Oak' in September 2018 and it's kind of gone ballistic for us ever since!
The band are currently promoting their incredible new album 'Animism' - the album was released on October 25th 2019 through Roulette Records
The Band is gigging regularly across the UK. Their performance at Giants of Rock 2019 secured them a prestigious main stage slot for Giants of Rock 2020. 2020 and 2021 sees the band at some great festivals and exciting shows including Breaking Bands, SOS, Rockin' The Bowl, WinterStorm, Cambridge Rock Festival and RockForce as well as touring extensively on the club and concert hall national circuit.

Rocking stages since 2014 Sons of Liberty are the UK's own Hard Southern Rock Band!....a group of well-travelled musicians from Bristol and South Wales. The boys were drawn together by a shared love of the incredible music of the Southern States of America....and their desire to share this with the people of the UK. After 3 years of building a solid reputation as an all-southern rock covers band.... In 2017 they stepped things up and set out to write and record some original material …. The result was the highly acclaimed debut ...Shinola EP.... 5 tracks of home ground hard hitting southern rock'n'roll. Tracks are still featured regularly on Rock Radio stations such as Hard Rock Hell Radio.... there was plenty more in the tank too! The follow up Aged in Oak released to great acclaim in September 2018, stepping things up a notch and featuring the single 'Damned If You Do'....voted #4 Ep of The Year by New Wave Of Classic Rock! In 2020 the band were voted #4 band of the year by the New Wave of Classic Rock community.
2019 saw the band writing and recording their stunning debut LP Animism - which was released through Roulette Records on October 25th on CD and in July 2020 on Vinyl - 11 tracks of pure 'Awesomism' including 'Up Shit Creek', 'Rich Man Poor Man. Beggar Man Thief', 'Snake Hips Slim' and the epic showstopper 'Into The Great Unkown'.
2021 saw the band release and tour their new (and finest to date) album 'Aces & Eights' on 18th June 2021, recorded at Momentum Studios and produced by Josiah J Manning who is also the keyboard player and producer for The Kris Barras Band.
The Sons are live favorites, performing their blistering live shows regularly at venues and festivals across the UK and is building a large following. They are on many peoples 'ones to watch' lists and have been booked for some great festivals and shows such as Giants of Rock, Planet Rockstock, Rock and Blues Custom Show, Rockin The Bowl, RockForce, SOS, Cambridge Rock Festival, WinterStorm, Crazy Cowboy, Cornwall Rocks, Breaking Bands, HRH Festival and Hard Rock Hell CROWS and 2023 also sees them return to France. The band have shared stages with The Quireboys, Bernie Marsden, Diamond Head, Stone Broken, Skinny Molly, Massive Wagons, Preacher Stone and many more established artists. June/July 2023 sees the incredible UK tour with Molly Hatchet.
