Tickets are $10 at the door. We look forward to your visit! The Market’s address is 6624 Plank Road, Batesville, VA 22924. We are only 10 minutes south of Crozet and 20 minutes west of Charlottesville, and close to Waynesboro and Wintergreen. When you get here, check our lot first. If it’s full, park your car and walk the Plank…Plank Road! Parking options at the Batesville Market include: Batesville United Methodist Church lot (3 min walk) Batesville Market/US Post Office Lot Open field with wooden rail fence at 6534 Plank Road with a sign for Market parking (5 min walk) Please – respect our neighbors, don’t block the road, and leave no trace when parking on our neighbors’ properties.

Sarah played an awesome set, including some treats from her upcoming studio album that are sure to get some airplay. Mammoth Indigo roused the crowd at the start with their unique big sound from just two guys, and Sally Rose killed it with her band as usual, topping off an excellent show.

Sarah White Music Biography

A chameleon-like performer with ever changing lineups over the last decade, Sarah White is a talented songwriter with a sizable body of poignant, catchy, and moving songs. A staple in the Virginia music scene, White has performed with the likes of Merle Haggard, Justin Townes Earle, Earl Scruggs, Will Oldham, and the Dave Matthews Band Caravan. She was once named Best Songwriter in her hometown of Charlottesville. White resides in Richmond, VA.

Her 2018 album High Flyer earned praise for White's songwriting and production by Stewart Myers (Agents of Good Roots). Special guest Dave Matthews sang with White on ‘Sweetheart’.
