Skiba

The germ of Skiba spawned in early 2011 when guitarist Trevor Dunn and drummer Noah Skiba met and began playing covers. Throughout several changes to the band lineup, Skiba evolved a style that combines thrash and doom metals into a blaring wall of sonic awesome. Guitarist Jason Corrick's arrival to the band in late 2012 equipped Skiba's sound with a two-axe attack capable of mind-bending harmonies and solos. Jake Hollingshead joined in 2013, bringing his blow-your-face-off vocals. And in 2015, Joe Perry stepped in, bringing his brutal bass sound and rounding out the pure, Ohio Valley-grown quintet. Undoubtedly an audio-sucker punch, Skiba will get your ass up and your head banging. We are a band of procrastinators. We get shit done in an untimely manner.
