You can catch Tempist Fujit and some of their special guests at the Nivara Lounge in Hamilton for a mid summer blast that you know is always as good as the last!! Glow Becky and Vital Sign will be joining them for this special night. I know where I’m going to be on the 18th of January 2020. Tempist Fujit is a four piece Melodic Rock band, loaded with riffs, from Waipu up in the North of our great country. These guys are turning heads, and ears, whenever they put their combined powers to use on stage, showing you what you want to see and hear! Glow Becky, from the big smoke of Auckland, are a five piece Alt Rock band that have just jumped of the Finals plane from the National Battle of the Bands and just can’t stop hitting you in the face with their hook ridden tunes! Vital Sign is a four piece band also coming on down from West Auckland! Bursting with talent and producing an eclectic mix of progressive music these guys are a fine and worthy bunch of solid show stoppers. Tickets are just $10 from eventfinda.co.nz or on the door!!

TEMPIST FUJIT Biography

When thinking of new music and where to start Tempist Fujit is a good place look. As a four piece rock band with an empowering female Lead Singer who fits well into the “Woman Of Rock” category they pack a pretty big punch and often leave the audience impressed with the fullness of their sound, for such a small lineup. Northland, New Zealand, is where they hail from with members coming from a mix of two beach side towns, Mangawhai and Waipu. The first live performance as an original band came in the form of a Sold Out show for their first single release (Midnight Train) at Whangarei’s very own Butter Factory. They have then traveled around the North Island several times to an increasing flow of new fans. A second single was released as a tribute to their nephew and cousin who was burnt in an accident as a teenager and has had over 30,000 views of the video online. Most recently their debut Album (Time Flies) was launched to another Sold Out audience. “Now that was a show” “I love this band” “Haven’t had such a good night in ages” were among the many raving reviews of the night. The band is now working on more material for a second Album while continuing to spread the word on the road. There is also work being done for a third single release off the album and they will be launching the track with a new video in the spring of 2019.
