Rawband_

Rawband comprises of four mates that came together to form what was supposed to be a temporary band for a party gig. However we all clicked and after that moment were practically inseparable. Going by the name “give way” to begin with we fiddle around with all types of genres but generally stick with funk and rock influences. Think bands like Rage Against the machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Grinspoon. After a couple of name changes we settled on the name RAW but after our school mates started calling us by our Instagram name “RAWBAND” as a joke, we came to favour the name and adopted it as our own!
To the present day where we sit in Jenkins room clinging to most if not every idea that comes to mind, working to try and build something larger than the room we play from.
