Keeping this music and band alive while staying healthy on the road touring for 45 years,is no easy task. For all who believe in Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression,we sincerely thank you for staying true,as we have tried to give our best over these many years.The EHE has recorded dozens of internationally acclaimed projects,the membership over the years,has showcased some of the finest and most accomplished improvisers in creative music,such as Light Henry Huff,Edward Wilkerson,Kalaparusha Maurice Mcintyer ,Rasul Siddik, Joseph Bowie, Hanah John Taylor,Hamiet Bluiett,and Craig Harris.The current line up consisting of Corey Wilkes/trumpet/percussion,Alex Harding Baritone sax/percussion, and EHE founder Sir Kahil ElZabar/multi-percussion/composer/voice,has shared their Elevating Improvised Soul Music across the planet.
