Wurlitza Biography
Wurlitza are a five-piece band from St Germans in South East Cornwall.
With keyboards, guitars, clarinet, bass, drums/percussion and 4-part vocal harmonies, they specialise in creating their own uniquely eclectic live soundtracks to the classic silent films PICCADILLY, SUNRISE and DIARY OF A LOST GIRL. By using a mix of almost every kind of music they bridge the gap between the centuries, adding a modern twist to these extraordinary silent films. All music is played completely live and includes works by Beethoven, Kylie Minogue, Django Reinhart, the Doors, Magic Numbers and Kraftwerk.
Also available for weddings, parties and functions.
