Moon Safari Biography

Moon Safari is a progressive rock band from Skellefteå, Sweden. Founded in 2003, the band has since released 5 studio albums, 2 live albums and an EP. The band has toured the US, UK, EU and Japan. Their most notable performance to date came in 2016 when they opened for the legendary prog band YES at the Royal Albert Hall. The band has also opened for ex. Marillion front man FISH on his Clutching at Straws tour in 2018. Graham Gouldman of 10cc noted on the band's latest release Himlabacken Vol. 2 that "If Queen and 10cc were married, Moon Safari would be their children".

The band is currectly promoting HBV2 with live shows on several continents planned for 2024/2025.
