About this concert
Enjoy the holiday classic as edited by Charles Dickens for an unforgettable performance reading by the Traveling Literary Theater. Marvel at these characters come to life in the Campbell Rotunda of Gibbes Museum amid a festive holiday display.
Dickens edited his story, A Christmas Carol, and toured to sold out houses. He read the tale in an abbreviated version 127 times. Traveling Literary Theater brings to you the same Dickens' version. Three professional actors in Dickensian attire bring all the characters to life. British stage actor James Dyne takes on the role of Scrooge!
