Nullset Biography
Nullset are a rapcore band from Boston, MA formed in 1996. They consist of Ken Smith (vocals), Jim Foster (guitar), Chris Fitzgerald (guitar), Jim Shippey (bass) and Mick Palmesano (drums). They are best known for the 2001 single "Smokewood".
The band initially formed under the name Gangsta Bitch Barbie, but upon their 2000 signing to Grand Royal Record (the label run by Beastie Boys), the band was sued by Mattel (makers of Barbie) and changed their name to Nullset.
