Just W

Jean-Willy Attebi, better known as Just W, started writing songs and poems as soon as he learned how to write. Eventually, he developed a growing desire to perform his compositions. That desire was first expressed through rap and later on through singing. At the age of 16, he decided to invest in his career and record his first song under the name Angelito. Paying hommage to his Cuban roots, his first song was recorded in spanish. He then continued to work in Montreal's Latin industry as a solo artist, backup singer, and as a member of the duo “Obsesion”. Wanting to expand his horizons, W decided to start making music in english in 2018. To create this new music, he drew inspiration from his R&B background and the cultural mix that makes him so unique. As a result, his style became a fusion between R&B and Afro-Carribean sounds. However, Just W is determined to demonstrate that he is a jack of all trades when it comes to music.
