About this concert
Club Possession is a monthly event at Bar Pink the third week of the month. We will be on Wednesdays for now and will eventually move to a weekend with your support. This month, we are bringing The Slashes to Possession and we hope you all will welcome them with all your black little hearts.
We love to spin music for you and provide a safe place for you to hang with friends and make a few new ones. We know we’re not the only party in town and we appreciate you coming out. This month, we will have ticket giveaways to Midge Ure (Ultravox, Band Aid) at Belly Up.

The Slashes Biography
Borderland post punk band, The Slashes, takes you back to the 70s London post punk era mixed with some 80s new romantic wave. Band members include Esteban Rene (vocals/guitar), Beto Bautista (bass), and Carlos Robles (drums). They released their self titled debut album in 2015 and have played shows around Southern California at notable venues like The Observatory in Santa Ana, the legendary Rainbow Bar in LA, and The Casbah in San Diego. In 2018, they released their singles “Heavy Bowie” and “City By”, growing their fanbase in New York City, playing shows in the Lower East Side and Brooklyn. In 2019, they recorded and released their newest single “Rain Ballet”, their love letter to New York.
