You must be at least 18 years old or older to attend Lights All Night as a General Admission guest. In order to gain acceess to our VIP area's you must be 21 years or older. Any US or other government's form of idenfitifcation is acceptable as long as it is a valid picture ID with required birth date. This includes: driver's license, id cards, passports, etc. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? If you have any issues or questions, or just want to say hi to some of our lovely team members, please contact us at info@lightsallnight.com. What's the refund policy? Lights All Night is a NO-REFUND event. All ticket sales are final.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, you must bring your ticket each night! You can use your print at home ticket and/or download the Eventbrite app to access your tickets. Can I update my registration information? You can update your registration online via the Eventbrite website or app at anytime. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Your name does not have to match the ticket or registration name to gain addmitance into the festival.
