The Holiday season can be be particularly hard on people who struggle with #addiction or other mental health issues. Music is strong medicine because it gives us the real courage we need to face our problems and overcome them. I believe that singing together is a powerful weapon against anger and despair and it is my hope that on Saturday December 7th we can lift hearts and lighten minds at Algonquin Commons Theatre in Ottawa. Please join me and all my friends at Queensway- Carleton Hospital and Foundation for a family friendly singalong of holiday hits. Proceeds will support the Hope’s Rising Campaign https://qchfoundation.ca/hopes-rising/ to raise money for badly needed upgrades to Queensway-Carleton Hospital's mental health services.
