Chase Skinner

Hailing from the small town of Crestwood, KY just outside of Louisville, Chase Skinner has been rapidly growing his fan base one show at a time. Chase is a great example of a city boy born in the country. At 12 years old, Chase received his first guitar from his father as a gift. Hours and hours would go by with Chase in the basement of his parents house mastering his craft. Just a few short years after the discovery of his talent, he started playing with other musicians from around the Louisville area. The rock band known as "Shyaway" was built in 2009 with Chase as the founding member. The band played some of the biggest stages in the city of Louisville and surrounding cities with National Acts such as 10 Years, Halestorm, Bug Girl, etc...The band had captured the ears of the biggest promoters around and began packing out their shows. This story continued until Chase turned 24. It was at this point that Chase had reached a crossroads with his music career trying to decide which direction to move in. After some serious thought and business planning, Chase started playing acoustic solo shows regionally. In his first year, he went from 3 shows a months to 3 shows a week finally landing him at over 136 shows in 2015! He has been packing the venues ever since and has developed somewhat of a household name in his hometown community.
In late 2015, Chase packed his bags, grabbed his gear and made his move to Music City after signing a small deal enabling him to make his debut Nashville record.
