Cole Risner

Cole Risner has been writing songs since he was 13 years old and hasn’t been able to stop. In Cole’s short time on the Texas Country scene he has already left his mark. Sharing the stage with Reckless Kelly, Hayes Carll, Radney Foster, The Damn Quails, and Chris Knight just to name a few.

He has also been a top 20 finalist in the Wildflower Songwriting contest, a semi-finalist in the Rusty Weir Competition, and placed 2nd in the Texas Star competition.

Cole finished second in the Shiner Rising Star competition held by Shiner Beers and KHYI 95.3 The Range. Past competitors include John David Kent, Darryl Lee Rush, and Somebody's Darling.
