Shy Harry Biography

Shy Harry is a rock band from Southern Ontario, Canada, based in the city of Cambridge. With passion for raw instrumentation, Shy Harry has always pursued a live-off-the-floor, no effects, stripped down style of writing, performing, and recording. After celebrating two independent albums, the band decided it was time to enhance their sound by moving from a trio to a quartet by adding a pianist/organist and experimenting with four-part vocal harmonies. Shy Harry is now creating a brand new catalog of original music and has already released two new singles, 'Wild One' and 'She Never Sleeps', as a taste of what's to come.
You may also find Shy Harry at various corporate events, private functions, and weddings showcasing a large repertoire of cover songs.

The band is on the brink of releasing an experimental rock concept EP, exploring a deeper passion in their roots stemming from classic rock combined with modern alternative music. Delving into their new sound after adding a fourth member, Shy Harry continues to push the envelope in developing as a group and in their writing. Shy Harry balances self-reflection and self-doubt, while simultaneously presenting a positive message through love and unity, attempting to bind a community of listeners who feel passionately about their own lives, and world around them. Their sound - while still evolving - combines melodic groove atmospheres with heavy hitting hooks. Look out for this band in the Canadian music scene.
