Pop/Rock Inspired Band out of South Florida!
Exigent [ek-si-jent], which means “demanding”, “urgent”, or “extreme”, is the word that inspired this fresh, new band. The members, Cassie Ortiz- Lead Singer, Jacob Elalouf- Lead Guitar, Steven Salguero- Drums and Jessica Elalouf- Bass have been actively writing original music and perfecting their own sound. Each member is creatively distinct, fusing various musical genres, influences and backgrounds ranging from classic rock to musical theatre. Together, their demanding style, creates an aggressive yet hook-heavy sound making them a powerhouse. Playing songs from Heart and Halestorm to Foo Fighters and Joss Stone. This unique fusion creates a distinct, solid sound that defines this powerful unit known as Exigent.
