Currently based in Asheville NC, Hoo:Lumes features Sophia Darby, Drew Sencabaugh and Collin Demos. The band is influenced by visual art, religious ritual and the challenges of being a human being just as much as the music and songwriting of wise greats like Leonard Cohen and Joni Mitchell and contemporary creatives like Big Thief, Fleet Foxes, and Laura Marling. Hoo:Lumes has been crafting an extensive repertoire of original music since 2013.
