True Nirvana Festival is a day we get to come together as a community for a day filled with wellness, community building, learning and lots of fun! THIS EVENT IS FREE! In this one hour workshop, you will learn one of the biggest things that gets in one's way of their happiness which is their mental programmings. So you'll learn: What are mental programmings How they are formed How they affect every area of your life from relationships to health and everything in between How to change them This is a game changer in your life if you have noticed you attract the same things in life or you feel stuck somehow.
