Launch Event at Rockaway Park: Live Music, aerial perfomance, a range of Artists' work and more ..., as part of Somerset Arts Week. We are excited to announce our Launch event for Somerset Arts Week on Friday 20th September from 6:00pm to 11:00pm, when The Cravats, with support from The Slacksons, will be performing live and there will be an aerial circus performance by Helina Griffiths. During the evening you will have an opportunity to view, Mark Wilson’s huge, sprawling collection of artwork throughout the site and the eclectic mix of other visiting and resident artists exhibiting their work. Set in a disused quarry on the top of Cloud Hill, Rockaway defies description. We will be open for the whole weekend (Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September)for Somerset Arts Week from 12.00pm. There will be more live music in the evening on Saturday 21st September (see Eventbrite page for tickets). Then we will be open for Somerset Arts Week from Thursday to Sunday 26th to 29th September and 3rd to 6th October from 12-6pm. Workshops available. Vegan cafe open throughout Somerset Arts Week.
