SHIPPING You will receive your wristband by standard mail if you have purchased it prior to July 2nd, 2019 11:59pm PST. You will receive your wristband by expedited mail if you purchased your ticket after July 2nd, 2019 and prior to July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST. All international orders as well as US orders placed after July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST will be held at the Will Call counters.  Need to view or update your shipping address? MISPLACED WRISTBANDS Please keep your wristbands safe & secure! If you have misplaced your wristband, that wristband will be deactivated and you will be charged the full ticket price if a replacement is needed. CAPACITY The panel conversations and Pigeons & Plane Stage have limited capacity and admittance for Early Entry and General Admission ticket holders will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Age Restrictions: All attendees age 6 or older need a wristband ticket ("Wristband") to enter ComplexCon. Please note, ComplexCon management recommends all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian, and all individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times at ComplexCon. Companions for those that require medical assistance need to buy a ticket.
