Born and raised in the vibrant city of Montreal. Mike "smash" Larry has been making his mark these past few years. Known for that "stereo sound" he is Bringing that groove and good vibes across the globe one dancefloor at a time. In only 4 years, he has gained the likes and support from heavy hitters like Carlo Lio, Nathan Barato, Chris Leibing, D-Unity and many more. With his own take on house and techno, He has released on record labels such as Unity Records, Moan Recordings FunkN Deep to name a few. He is known for his unique sonic soundscape and high energy DJ sets. His obsession with all that is technical, mechanical, deconstruct-able, & rearrangeable, has launched him into the house and techno world, realizing that the music was a part of him. Influenced greatly by major names such as Danny Tenaglia,Carlo Lio, Ben Klock and Joseph Capriatti. There has been much anticipation as Mike Larry, is focused on following the footsteps of these DJs and producers who passionately and engagingly are all about their music quality. With many productions coming out in the near future and plans to have his own imprint, Mike Larry keeps discovering new ways to express himself as a producer, DJ and as a person. With nothing but ambition and gratitude for doing what he loves. He continues to impress people every time he hits the decks.
