NOVATEQ Biography
Based out of the Northern Virginia area the Northern Virginia Tuba-Euphonium Quartet (NOVATEQ) was established in September 2016 and can be heard performing in numerous venues and educational programs throughout the DC Metro Area.
With their various background, all members are connected through George Mason University and the University of North Texas, and the University of Maryland.
NOVATEQ won the chamber music division of the 2017 Northeast Regional Tuba and Euphonium Conference (NERTEC), the 2018 Mid-Atlantic Tuba-Euphonium Conference (MARTEC), and were finalists in the chamber music competition at the 2019 International Tuba and Euphonium Competition.
