Flying Joes

Based in Montréal, Canada, Flying Joes evoke the raw power of pure 70’s rock, inspired by an authentic blues sensibility. Formed in January 2014, the trio of Syd Bedard (bass, vocals), JF Arsenault (guitar) and Chris Savoie (drums) has a contagious energy both live and on record. Bolstered by their modern rock sound, their festive roadtrip songs call to mind classic bands like Led Zeppelin and The Black Crowes.

In September 2015 Flying Joes has released their debut album “Let it out” recorded with Award winning producer Glen Robinson (AC/DC, The Ramones, Keith Richards, BB King) and mastered by Howie Weinberg (Nirvana, The Black Crowes, Soundgarden). Only a year and a half after their debut, the band has played close to 200 live shows. “Let It Out” was on the Top 25 Rock Albums of ITunes only a week after it’s release.
