Set in the lower floor of the Scranton Cultural Center with its stellar architecture and its pleasing atmosphere join a few of the city’s musicians. It’s a cozy spot with drinks available to purchase. It is an intimate setting where performers could share their gifts without the bother of loud, invasive conversations in the background.
