ANGELINC - The Band’s name
ANGELINC – represents the merging of both Angelus and Incubus, but on a far, far greater level. Angelus, being the white Angel of beauty and ambassador of all things good, is suddenly united with the fearsome and macabre Incubus; the Dark Lord and root of all evil. We, as mere mortals are born to balance on the thin edge of a thin blade, with kindness on the one side, whilst on the other; the more evil, darker side. And the constant struggle that Mankind will always have, that is to which side of the blade will dominate at each passing moment.
THE MUSIC
A huge call to revolt lies behind the dynamic Modern Groove Metal by ANGELINC. The band around mastermind Marco Grasshoff delivers brute, punchy Groove Metal refined with melodic and rhythmically sophisticated elements.
ANGELINC has the ability to combine classic metal varieties with modern elements.
There is always something in ANGELINC's music for every kind of metalhead. Outstanding songwriting, growls full of anger, hissing screams and melodic clear vocals along with melodic refrains and exploding breakdown parts.
The heart of the lyrics is based upon all we are forced to hate and must be reminded of: To stay critical against society, to speak out with your beliefs, to not fight with weapons, but with words, to stand up against misguided politicians and to think about the things forced upon you. Because if nobody stands up, then nothing will change.
BIOGRAPHY
ANGELINC was founded 2012 by bandleader Marco Grasshoff in Germany. After playing keyboards in various Hardrock - and Powermetalbands (CENTAUR, HEAVENWARD, POWERWORLD, REDRUM...), Marco decided to create something new - he wanted to sing and growl as well.
So the first album was meant to be a solo output of Marco first, but in the end ANGELINC grew together as a band. With the addition of Jean Bormann, Guido Gallus, Ilker Ersin and Mike Burns the line-up for recording of the first album RESISTANCE FOR ALL was there.
2015
was the release of RFA through RMB Records, distributed by Soulfood/recordjet in europe. The first video was published on YT as well:

The band played some local gigs here and there until Mike Burns, the rhyrhm guitar player had to leave for personal reasons. Due to his activities with FREEDOM CALL Ilker, the bassplayer also had to leave the band.
2016
ANGELINC played shows with bands like THE OTHER or APRON, before moving into a new studio and digging into the songwriting process again. The deal with RMB Records was canceled. After searching more than half a year, the band found a welcome addition on the rhythm guitar: Chris Winnemann.
2017
While writing and recording a 5 track EP together, the band was still looking for a new bass player. The bass on the new record is played by Michael Müller of JADED HEART in the meanwhile. You will hear the difference compared to RESISTANCE FOR ALL due to the complete integration of Jean Bormann into the whole songwriting process. The band appeared at the Rage Against Racism Festival in germany, played with bands like RAGE, NUCLEAR, HAGGARD and established its first „Wall OF Death“.

The publishing of the new self recorded Ep LOVE FAITH HOPE is planned for march 2018.
A new bass player, Alexander Kobs, could finally be found, means the new line-up will hit the stage with full power again in 2018.
