Taylor John Williams Biography
Taylor John Williams is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and former finalist on the hit TV series, The Voice.
Williams’ stunning vocal range and ability to adapt his singing and performing style to a wide spectrum of genres allows him to serve the specific vision of any song that comes his way, giving him a unique edge in the constantly evolving landscape of music. Williams cites the late Jeff Buckley as being his largest musical influence, whose emotive and soulful style is evident in Williams' own work.
Williams' compositions are intensely personal, showcasing a willingness to embrace intense subject matter in order to produce music that is deeply moving and visceral. Shortly after his time on The Voice, Williams released his debut EP, Song of a Dead Man, a soulful folk-rock record that included the sleeper hit, "The Mates of Soul," which has since amassed over 10 million global streams.
