While Chicago-born rapper/singer/producer, Mari, is relatively new to the music scene, he is already known for his “lyrically rich raps, melodic choruses, and spacey, soulful instrumentals.” He currently spends most of his time in NYC, developing his sound in the studio and working alongside collaborators, including Lion Babe, Rome Fortune, Matt FX, and Hak (Ratking).

After a successful 2016 receiving coverage from the likes of Mass Appeal, DJ Booth, HotNewHipHop and more for his weekly #MariMondays series and charting on Spotify’s US & Global charts for his song "Paper Run," Mari is poised for a breakout year.
