Having sung together for over 30 years, Steve Lessick & Rob Lincoln have developed a unique and powerful harmony rich vocal sound that is like no other. With his one in a million voice that is immediately distinctive, Lessick sings both lead and harmony to Rob Lincoln’s songs while playing a subtle yet powerful percussion and drum kit. Ambient composer multi-instrumentalist Art Cohen adds his Phil Lesh influenced bass playing to the sound. Lincoln, who recently released a 300 song album, is a prolific and varied songwriter whose catchy songs are being sung around the Philadelphia region. Songs, written and sung by Heidi Wolfson, are literate and personal. Art Cohen makes the sound distinct with his unique style of rock and electronic guitar. On these recordings, you will also hear Steve Lessick on drums. Our songs have a wide range of sound. Of these selections, In the Flood shows our quiet thoughtful side, and The Noise In My Head shows our hard punk/rock edge. Stay tuned for spoken word/ electronic guitar pieces.
