the Boozehounds Biography
The BoozeHounds are Maikel Dassen, Nick Verheggen and brothers Marius and Ritchie van Megen from Weert City, The Netherlands.
The band was formed in early 2017 after they decided they needed an excuse to come together more and have fun while enjoying some well-deserved beers.
Their music can be described as Rock n’ roll with a healthy dose of ass-kicking Hard Rock.
It combines the classic AC/DC rhythm work with the aggression of Mötorhead and the energy of Airbourne.
In September 2017 their debut E.P. ‘The Drunk Edition’ was recorded.
The guys wanted to involve you with the fun they were having writing and rehearsing their songs.
They decided that the only way to capture a great live sound and the energy they put in their music was to drink a few beers, get off their asses, and record the whole E.P. in a single day.
On stage they are committed to go all out. High energy hard rock n’ roll and commitment to what they’re doing while making sure they, and you, are enjoying some well-deserved beers!
