We will be joining our friends The Cryan Shames for this benefit again this year. We go on stage around 4. Rockin’ the Cause who we are and how to donate: Rockin’ the Cause 2019 will take place on September 15th and be held at the Bolingbrook Performing Arts Center from 12:00PM to 8:30PM. You can make a difference in our community by helping our kids. As a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, Rockin’ the Cause’s main mission is to raise funds for communities in need through organized, “Volunteer only”, concert events. This is our 4th year! This year we are once again Rockin’ the Cause for kids in our local neighborhood who cannot afford band instruments and lessons. Your support is key! Did you know that there are kids in our own backyard who cannot afford to buy a musical instrument or maintain their talent with music lessons? When kids can’t follow their dreams, they feel lost and helpless and life has no purpose. Extracurricular activities like music instill great values like teamwork, responsibility and a sense of community. They have also been proven to boost school attendance, academic success, and aspirations for continuing education past high school. Additionally, they are linked to healthier choices like avoiding drug use. Together, we can change lives from the ground up by reaching our youngsters early on to help them fulfill their dreams and aspirations.
