I can’t believe i was there! Terra Lightfoot and King of Foxes Wow what a combo. Music had me dancing the night away with such great vibes! Whenever I get into a new artist it’s always a BIG deal and Terra Lightfoot did not disappoint! She was so Nice and the music was just beautiful, and the way she shreds the guitar is something i haven’t seen live before. We got to meet her! and i’m so grateful Olivia Street introduced me to this amazing Band! Can’t wait to see her again! ❤️❤️❤️ Sky Roan.

King of Foxes Biography

When you turn on a King of Foxes tune, it's a safe bet that the skies will open, alien aircraft will appear, the ark of the covenant will descend before ye, and all of your childhood pets will arise from the dead. Also, you'll hear an indie alternative artist whose undeniably catchy tunes earned her a Rock Artist of the Year nomination at the 2022 Western Canadian Music Awards, a spot on the Edmonton Music Prize Top 3 shortlist, and a nod from Cups ‘n Cakes: “King of Foxes is the real deal.” Fronted by singer-songwriter Olivia Street, King of Foxes has released three critically acclaimed albums. Twilight of the Empire—recorded in a basement with beige shag carpet on the walls and a Wurlitzer in the closet—quickly rose to #1 on the CKUA chart. Her music has also found its way onto some prestigious “best of” lists, including as #11 on CKUA’s Top 100 Albums of 2022, and among NPR radio’s George Graham’s Best of 2022 Albums list. Lush with layered guitars, infectious vocal melodies, and “instant indie-rock cred”, their previous record, Golden Armour (2016), appeared on the Canadian Independent music charts for 17 weeks following its release. The production of Salt & Honey (2019) was supported by the City of Edmonton and the Edmonton Arts Council. King of Foxes was honoured with an “Artist to Watch” nomination at the 2018 Edmonton Music Awards.
