About this concert
Here’s the unfortunate, obvious truth: It’s incredibly hard to live off playing music in Singapore. You need a ridiculous amount of perseverance, endless hustling and an uncommon level of talent to even begin to consider it, and once you do it’s still a daily choice that you have to make, choosing to dedicate your life to the pursuit of something different, something against the norm. And that’s the spirit that we want to celebrate with our FIFTH Listening Party, focusing on the individuals who push the envelope with their choice to make music a part of their everyday. A young rapper who reinvents what it means to be Singaporean. A soul artist whose voice and music inspires even the most disillusioned among us. A massive artist who continues to break age-old barriers both locally and overseas, blazing the path forward. Truly Singaporeans that Singaporeans can be proud of. Oh and did we mention a badass retro video game competition JUST CAUSE? Yeah, you know you gotta be there ❤️ PROGRAM 7.30PM - 8.00PM: TMP’s Retro Championship Quarter Finals 8.00PM - 8.30PM: AFROJUNIOR 8.30PM - 8.45PM: TMP’s Retro Championship Semi Finals 8.45PM - 9.15PM: Umar Sirhan 9.15PM - 9.30PM: TMP’s Retro Championship FINALS 9.30PM - 10PM: MASIA ONE ENTRY* $20 (with 1 free drink) *Spaces are limited to ensure an unparalleled experience, so feel free to drop us a message to reserve your slot.
