CHRIS PARKIN

Hey everyone! My name is Chris Parkin and I'm a singer-songwriter from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. As a college sophomore currently attending Fordham University, I also live in New York City during the school year!

I've been practicing music since I was 3 years old, when I started taking piano lessons. Since then I've added on the violin and guitar, and one of my main passions is singing! Beginning in 2017 I started to turn my passion for music into a career, and since then I've had the incredible opportunity of gigging in both Cape Cod and New York!

Some of my biggest inspirations include Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars (whom I consider some of the best songwriters/live performers of my generation), Elton John, Sting, and Five for Fighting. My family and friends have also been a huge source of inspiration, and my biggest support in beginning this musical career; I could not have done any of this without them.

I'm currently in the process of recording my first EP, which I plan on releasing in the Summer 2018! I'm unbelievably excited to share my original music with the world for the first time, and I'm counting down the days until the release!
