In August 2018 the extended Defected family gathered from around the world – 4,500 like minded House heads from the UK, Australia, L.A., South Africa and all corners of Europe to experience six glorious days of house music heaven. Soundtracked by the likes of Eats Everything, Sam Divine, MK, Kenny Dope, Franky Rizardo, Derrick Carter, Roger Sanchez, Sonny Fodera and over 80 world-class DJs, Defected Croatia 2018 was the ultimate dance festival experience.The party was nonstop. House icons such as Claptone, Basement Jaxx, The Shapeshifters, Dennis Ferrer and so many more rocked the main stage and boat parties, with crowds of ravers hanging off every beat, while underground acts like Nightmares On Wax, Melé, Josh Butler, Dario D’Attis, Folamour and DJ Haus created unforgettable moments at the Beach Stage and Olive Grove.As ever, Barbarella’s proved a truly sublime setting for the nightly after-parties, going through the night under the stars into sunrise.Defected Croatia 2018 was a family affair; house heads of all generations and their favourite DJs coming together as one.
