ThinMen-MN

ThinMen formed in 2001 out of the ashes of the successful 80's cover band, Global Theatre.  ThinMen released a critically acclaimed CD entitled, "Nothing Like Our Picture" in which all instrumental sounds came from keyboards and drums/percussion.  While promoting the disc, the trio of Will Jacobsen, David Alstead, and Doug Christianson developed a fondness for acoustic based shows which they dubbed "The Tribal Trio."  They've carried that format back into the cover world, playing sets of familiar tunes/mash-ups from the 80's (with a few exceptions) with an intimate sound and feel (not to mention unique arrangements) that supports the challenges the spot on vocals of front man Jacobsen.  Come and hear a new twist on old favorites that will hit your head, heart, and feet!
