Poco/Richie Furay

From the ashes of Buffalo Springfield in 1968, Poco was formed by original members Richie Furay, Jim Messina, and Rusty Young, along with George Grantham & Randy Meisner. After several personel changes, Poco carried on with longtime member Paul Cotton & Rusty Young until Cotton left the band. Young continued touring and recording as Poco with quest appearances from past members until his death. Today, when Jim Messina tour, he performs some Poco songs from his tenure. Richie Furay has recently performed several Poco songs of his as well as a tribute to Paul Cotton & Rusty Young by performing their signature songs. Furay has also performed a Timothy B. Schmit song during his recent concerts.
