DJ Shaynea is a young music producer from the North Austin area. DJ Shaynea comes from a family that loves music. With his father growing up in the Austin area, known as the “Live Music Capital of the World”, and his mother growing up in New Orleans, known for it’s Music Madness of Jazz, the family’s love of music has influenced every aspect of both of his sisters and his life. DJ Shaynea started to show signs for his love of music at the age of 3, when he began playing the bongos and drums with Out of This World Music School. He then learned how to produce his own music with Out of this World Music School and ODO Sound. More of his drumming techniques come from The Austin School of Rock. DJ Shaynea is also part of the Sharpiez Kids Band with his two sisters, vocalist Leef, and crew manager, Lauryn. DJ Shaynea performs many types of shows where fans may be blessed by original songs, mixed music by popular artists of today and the past as well as spinning the hits. From the vocals of Leef and/or a live performance on the drums by DJ Shaynea himself while he plays his original tracks, every show will be entertaining for people of all ages and from all walks of life.

DJ Shaynea’s loves for music has leaded him from not only behind the scenes producing music, but now entertaining crowds live. DJ Shaynea has entertained crowds at house parties, school fundraisers, city events and more!
