Instructions to obtain a refund will be sent to you at the email address you provided. Retain sales receipt as proof of purchase. Limit one subscription per household, regardless of number of ESSENCE Festival tickets purchased or transactions processed. Allow a minimum of 6-10 weeks for delivery of your first issue.
