On the afternoon of Sunday 12th May we present The Peas: an acoustic duo that present ‘guilty pleasures‘ of the 80s & 90s reworked in their own quirky inimitable style. Kelly and Kelvin describe themselves as “a duo, no rules, the wrong chords but the right melody …… and Kazoo’s” … intrigued? You should be, they put on a great show and their interpretations of song we all know and love – or at least know – add a whole new dimension to the tracks! In their own words, “from Rick Astley to The ?Spice Girls? we have a set list that could make some people shudder but with a change of chords and a bluegrassy rock n rolling acoustic disco beat, the songs feel like new“. We’re really excited to have secured their services and trust the Joe Joe Jims faithful will come along to enjoy the afternoon.
