CAUTION formed on the South Side of Chicago in March of 2009 as the Thursday Dead Night band @ Harte's Saloon in Evergreen Park, IL. What started out as a simple night off for friends to get together and jam some Dead tunes, has turned into one of the most formidable and technically savvy Dead groups in Chicagoland. CAUTION's unique ability to take these tunes, completely disassemble and jam them at will, is what separates them from a lot of the other acts currently playing this music. Rather than play it safe, CAUTION takes chances and plays many of the more difficult songs that you just won't hear anywhere else. It's what it takes to make it fresh and exciting for both the band AND listener, and one of the reasons we garnered such a devoted following in Chicagoland! .
