Banchi Biography
Banchi's take on rock and roll brings back the comforting feeling everyone knows and loves of classic rock and grunge while bringing their own spin on it. Steven Clerico's eclectic guitar work is unlike most. Combining lead licks with rhythm guitar, adds a new style of work that makes Banchi's sound unique. Korey Lantaff experiments beautifully on bass, as he creates a very solid foundation of rhythm for each song, while also integrating extremely melodic bass riffs. Aiden Bloomfield uses his 4 octave range and powerful rock vocals to paint his lyrical melodies overtop of these instruments, while filling in the improvisational instrumentals and occasional songs with extra lead and rhythm guitar. From studying at Berklee School of Music to joining Banchi, pianist and composer, Charles Feenstra, brings the sound of the band to another level with his musical prestige. Chad Brown keeps a hold of the band, as he performs a tight, in the pocket, style of drumming, while also being able to experiment during moments of improvisation that the band likes to allow themselves during live performances. A touch of classic rock, a touch of funk, a touch of grunge, and a touch of jamming, you get Banchi. They are a whole lot of heart and soul, and a whole lot of Rock and Roll.
