THE LONDON DISCO SOCIETY

Over 4 years in and The London Disco Society have become synonymous with good times covering all corners of the Disco spectrum from past, present and future. Expect Boogie anthems, classic Disco, re-edits and stone cold original cuts blended with a sprinkle of House.

Established in 2011 as a reaction to the contemporary Disco sound emerging from the underground House scene in London. They’ve hosted a huge list of memorable parties inviting acts such as Horse Meat Disco, Faze Action, Rayko, Yam Who, Mighty Mouse, Mr Absolutt, Bad Barbie, Evil Smarty, South Beach Recycling and Lotus Disco to share the decks with them.

The London Disco Society spend the summer months covered in glitter, touring some of the UK’s most respectable music festivals. In the remainder of their time they can be found at London’s top night clubs and terrace parties supporting the likes of Joey Negro, Psychemagik, Catz N Dogz, David Morales, Norman Jay, Crazy P, Tiger & Woods and Late Nite Tuff Guy to name a few.

With 20 years DJ experience between them prior to the birth of their London parties it comes as no surprise that the LDS crew have a knack of reading the crowd, no matter the time, place or occasion.Their fast filling schedule of upcoming UK and international gigs is sign that you can expect big things from the boys in 2016 – watch this space for the LDS crew as they descend upon a dance floor near you to roll out swirling cosmic boogie and deep disco rhythms with solid house grooves.

Outside of the clubs and festival fields LDS can also be heard on the airwaves every Thursday 4-6pm GMT on MEATtransMISSION radio.
