Doors open at 6:30 PM. VIP purchasers may need to arrive 1-2 hours before doors open. You will receive an instructional email 3-5 business days before the event with timing and additional information. Children 14 years and younger may have one adult (18+) escort them inside the venue for the VIP experience without the chaperone needing their own VIP package. Chaperones will not receive any of the VIP elements, must have a regular concert ticket and may have to wait in a separate area from where the Meet & Greet takes place. The VIP package does not grant access to any backstage or venue specific VIP areas. VIP Packages cannot be re-sold. Any packages listed for re-sale will be invalid and the entire order including the regular ticket is subject to cancellation at the discretion of the venue and UMG VIP.
