Thiago Espirito Santo

Thiago Espirito Santo is a bass player, with a 25 year career in music. His passion for music has led him to study several instruments (he even released an album, "Na Cara do Gol", where he plays the electric guitar), as well as to develop his very own voice while playing any instrument.
But as you hear his fretless bass roar, you'll instantly recognize Thiago!

Throughout the years he has performed and recorded with great artists and has toured the world with Yamandu Costa and Hamilton de Hollanda.
As a researcher and teacher, he was invited to write the Bass Method that the Brazilian Government uses to teach kids in 360 cities throughout Sao Paulo Estate.

Among many others, he's contributed to the music of Hermeto Pascoal, Kiko Loureiro, George Benson, Jim Stinnett, Dom Moio, Todd Johnson, Kenwood Dennard, Alessio Menconi, Gregoire Maret, Dominguinhos, Toninho Horta, Hélio Delmiro, Yamandú Costa, Hamilton de Holanda, Oswaldinho do Acordeon, Heraldo do Monte, Arismar do Espirito Santo, Silvia Goes, Gabriel Grossi, Marcio Bahia, Robertinho Silva, Toquinho, Filó Machado and Maria Bethânia, among others.
